Having worked with several start-up, as well as established organizations, Faisal has a comprehensive understanding of customer management solutions that bridge the gap between key business opportunities/challenges and the tools needed to solve them.

Rajeev has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry as an entrepreneur, senior consultant, project manager, project leader, systems analyst and developer. He spent over 12 years on Wall Street in New York City where he handled and managed technology projects at financial organizations such as Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, JP Morgan and Company, Bankers Trust Company, Deutsche Bank, US Trust Company and TIAA-CREF. He has also worked at Fortune 250 companies such as Nortel Networks and Sears Roebuck and Company. In addition to being a founder of AMD, Rajeev continues to serve as CEO of Arnima Design, based in Tampa (Florida), Toronto (Canada) and New Delhi (India). Under his leadership, Arnima Design has executed hundreds of web presence, technology and internet marketing projects from concept to implementation. Rajeev brings his depth and width of expertise to Applied Market Development.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the direct marketing industry as a call center specialist. His past experiences with Optima Direct, a division of Rapp (formerly Rapp Collins Worldwide), where he initiated the entire training department and subsequently became the VP of Quality, and eventually the VP of Operations, has allowed him to effectively develop and deliver call centre programs for a number of blue chip clientele. He has extensive experience in managing business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs in publishing, membership, internet technology, telecommunications, financial services and fundraising. One of the key contributors to Steve’s success has been his passion and deep understanding of human resources development, from customer-facing agents to support staff and management; from recruitment to training, coaching, performance management, continuous learning and quality assurance. For the last 10 years, Steve has developed and implemented highly effective and growth-driven direct marketing programs for his clients at The Marketing Management Group Inc. His achievements were recognized immediately, as The Marketing Management Group Inc. received the Service Provider Of the Year award by BMG Music Service for outstanding service, quality and dedication in 2001.
